First I’ve seen of this video. But the Census Bureau says that America is currently made up of approx. 68% White/15% Hispanic/12% Black/5% Asian. A quick tally of the “special guests” on the American Prayer video shows a mix of approx. 43/6/33/6 respectively, and that is not including the appearances by Obama and MLK (plus 12% I couldn’t racially identify).
My favorite is the prominent appearance of Joss Stone, a BRITISH entertainer that is not a US Citizen. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were others in that category. Why is she singing about her “American Prayer?”
I know this is probably nitpicking, but it looks to me like the folks in Obama’s Diversity Department of his campaign need to get out their math AND geography books.
