While you offer many critiques I fail to see you offer any viable solutions and you sir leave your critiques as a “muddied laundry” list please help find solutions to the many hard working latinos families who love this country and the many do pay taxes but never get to see any benefit from the taxes they pay, until we as a nation repent and turn away from our sins God will not remove the judgement at hand now HE has turned HIS back on us because of our sins.

Len, thanks for the Land article and your comments. As a lifetime Southern Baptist I wish Land would go away. He is a long-time member of the Council on Foreign Relations, whose activities are consistently anti-Christian. Church members seldom see Land’s work, but all I’ve seen is bad. He’s embraced the junk science of global warming for example. He does not speak for churches or pastors, but from his own leftist beliefs, giving Baptists a bad name.

Len: Thanks for this analysis of the draft of the White Paper (why is it called that?) and your corresponding op-ed piece. Both have helped me to clarify the points involved in talking about and considering our touchy and emotionally volatile immigration issue.
