Senator John McCain Endorses
Len Munsil for Governor
Len Munsil announced today that U.S. Sen. John McCain has endorsed his campaign for Governor of Arizona.
“I am grateful to Sen. McCain for his heroic service to our nation, and I am thankful for his support and his endorsement in this campaign for Governor,” said Munsil.
“I am a proud supporter of Len Munsil’s campaign for Governor. Len Munsil has the experience and core values that it takes to be an excellent Governor,” McCain said. “He isn’t going to tell voters something just because the polls say it’s popular. He says it like it is, and I respect that. As an attorney, public policy leader, father and husband, Len Munsil has the experience and leadership to be an outstanding Governor. I am proud to endorse Len Munsil for Governor.”
Sen. McCain joins an overwhelming number of elected officials who have endorsed Len Munsil for Governor. More than 30 state legislators and four U.S. Congressmen – John Shadegg, Trent Franks, Rick Renzi and Jeff Flake — have endorsed Len Munsil. No other Republican candidate has a single federal officeholder in support, or more than six state legislators.
