Former state Senate President John Greene announced that he was withdrawing from the race for the Republican nomination for Governor earlier this week. Here was the report from the Arizona Republic: “‘I think Len Munsil has got it hands down,’ Greene said during an interview, referring to the conservative activist and attorney who recently stepped down as president of the Center for Arizona Policy. ‘It is clear that leaders in the party are getting behind him.'” While we have a long way to go, it is exciting to see that the Munsil momentum is being noticed.
