The best climate for businesses — both small and large — is one that limits taxes and governmental regulation. The Democratic Party is the Party of higher taxes, greater regulation and bigger government. I believe in lower tax rates and regulatory reform that will attract and foster economic growth for the long term. Today’s Business Journal notes Napolitano’s efforts to “reach out” to the business community for political support. That “reach” is a long one, and needed for a Democrat whose policies promote growing government first.
