After spending the better part of a year ducking the question, then more recently signaling to her appointees on the Arizona Supreme Court that they should knock it off the ballot, Janet Napolitano has finally revealed in a survey her position on Proposition 107, the Protect Marriage Arizona Amendment — she is against it.
