After ignoring the border for most of her four years in office, Janet Napolitano is trying to make up for lost time. Of course, she claims that yet another trip to the border is not a political photo-op.
After my press conference called attention to our state’s worst crime rate in the nation, I noticed that her next taxpayer-funded weekly email bragged to the voters of our state about what a great job she was doing on crime and identity theft. That wasn’t campaigning on the taxpayer dime either. Just a coincidence I’m sure.
