The pace of our campaign continues to intensify. We steamrolled out of Thursday night’s debate into a Friday morning press conference with Attorney General candidate Bill Montgomery on crime. Reporter Howie Fischer, who specializes in covering press releases from the Democratic Party, managed to get all of Janet Napolitano’s talking points into this “objective” news story without even talking to her.
Nevertheless, our message got out — Arizona has had the worst crime rate in the nation for their entire terms of office, and Janet Napolitano and Terry Goddard have been deafeningly silent on the issue.
