At Thursday’s press conference, there were two newsworthy elements: first, the incredible show of support for our campaign in a contested primary, and second, the fact that I said I would rather see Janet Napolitano do the right thing — by going along with pro-family Republican income and property tax cuts, and by securing the border — even if it helped her politically.
